Kuensel Newspaper : BT : Grant: Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay, at the Meet-the-Press yesterday, defended the Gewog Development Grant , saying that the main objective of providing Nu 2 million outside the regular annual budget to every gewog is to achieve decentralisation.
